Shipping and Returns

Please note due to new regulations brought in on 13 December 2024, we have unfortunately had to suspend all shipping options to customers in Northern Ireland and the EU. The regulation currently demands that all exporters of goods, register and employ a local representative in each zone - as a point of contact for customers purchasing products from our website. 

As a charity, the cost and logistics of this is not something we are able to support at present. This means all options to trade into NI/EU are not possible. 

All other international shipping remains the same as normal, this includes North America and Australia/New Zealand.

All UK, non-EU and international orders placed from 13th December up to 1st January 2025 will not be shipped until week commencing 6th January 2025.



1. When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Items being delivered within the UK will usually take 5 working days to arrive. International items may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, International deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail international track and trace and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

4. How will my order be shipped?

All of our items are sent out via Royal Mail

5. What is your returns policy?

We offer full refunds within 14 days if the incorrect product has been sent out in error or the item arrives damaged. Please email [email protected] if you would like to request a return.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.

7. How do you take payments?

All of our payments are processed via PayPal.

8. My item hasn't arrived.

If your item hasn't arrived, please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into this.
